Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Brand and Content Manager to join our marketing team. As a Brand and Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective content strategies that support our inbound marketing approach. Your primary focus will be to develop SEO-friendly, educational, and compelling content that drives visitors to our website and converts them into leads.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute content strategies that align with both inbound and outbound marketing approaches.
- Develop high-quality content pieces such as blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, webinars, videos, and social media posts for use in outbound marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs for outbound marketing collateral, such as sales decks and product sheets.
- Help manage and execute outbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, and advertising.
- Conduct research to identify ideal target audiences for outbound campaigns, and develop messaging that resonates with those audiences.
- Leverage Phalera’s marketing software and other tools to track and report on the effectiveness of outbound marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with our brand voice, messaging, and overall marketing goals.
- Support the sales team by delivering high-quality leads for them to close into new business.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inbound and outbound marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in content development or marketing, with a focus on both inbound and outbound marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO and keyword research.
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
