The Dedicated Social Media Executive will report to the Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

The Dedicated Social Media Executive will be assigned a specific social media platform and they will be responsible for marketing our brands on the platforms through creating original text, video content, managing posts and responding to followers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize sales funnels
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Ensure that all links are working and connected for sales/leads generation
  • Ensure that contents and graphics align with the brand colors, mood, and have no grammatical errors
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Any other duties as directed by the Social Media Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a social media manage
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design(Desired)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
