Phalera, an All-in-one CRM solution developed by Lead Nicely, a leading Digital Marketing company, is seeking a Principal Account Executive to join our team. Phalera helps businesses of all sizes effectively manage customer relationships and drive growth. As the Founding Account Executive, you will play a vital role in developing our B2B sales channel and your main responsibility will be to increase revenue by acquiring new clients. This customer-facing position requires executive-level selling abilities. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle of new and existing business accounts, from sourcing and nurturing to closing deals.
Own your business: Generate and manage pipelines, develop lead opportunities, and close deals. Establish territory and individual account plans, acquire new clients, implement demand generation plans, and be accountable for meeting sales targets.
Close a variety of customer contracts, grow and manage a pipeline, accurately forecast, and engage in cold calling and prospecting.
Contribute to the overall growth of the B2B channel by developing methods, strategies, and concepts that lead to pipeline and revenue growth.
Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain an up-to-date CRM.
Build rapport and gain client trust by ensuring high standards of client engagement.
Prepare and present new business concepts and propose innovative solutions to prospective clients.
Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed due to the startup nature of the company.
- 3-4 years of quota carrying/closing sales experience.
- Experience selling professional services to CLOs, CHROs, CEOs, and other business unit leaders is preferred.
- Must have a background in company development and extensive prospecting, as well as the ability to create new chances for oneself.
- Must have great negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong research and strategic analytical skills are required.
- Must have extensive consultative sales experience, as well as the ability to lead need analysis and provide feedback and leadership in identifying customer needs.
- Must be results-driven and goal-oriented, with the capacity to “close” customer opportunities.
- To drive revenue development, you must have an ownership mindset and be eager to bring new ideas, push limits, and create unique solutions.
