Internship: Virtual Assistant

The Virtual Assistant Intern will report to the Chief People Officer

Job Overview:

The Virtual Assistant Intern learns, assists and works alongside the Chief People Officer to provide executive, administrative and development support to the team.  

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Make phone calls
  • Manage emails
  • Database entry and management
  • Market research
  • Proofreading and providing edits for copy and other materials as needed
  • Assist in social media management
  • Any other activities as directed by the Chief People Officer


  • Currently enrolled in college studying administration or a related discipline or graduated in these disciplines in the last 6 months
  • In Depth knowledge and experience with both Microsoft office and Adobe suites
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet, Canva, and Social Media posting tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of Data Entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Preferred)
